For the outer cover: Puff pastry sheets,(available frozen: use pepperidge farm or any other brand), butter, For the filling: 2 small boiled potatoes, 1/4 cup fresh green peas, 1/4 cup chopped french beans, 1/4 cup chopped carrots, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, salt. |

| Method 1. In a pan, heat 2 teaspoon oil. Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry for some time. 4. Add green peas. When they turn soft, add french beans and cook till soft. Add carrots and potato pieces, Once done, add garam masala powder, salt and chili powder. Mix well. Cover for 5 minutes. 5. Remove from the heat. The filling is ready. 5. Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature for 45 minutes. Unfold each sheets and cut into strips. Divide each strip into 3 rectangles. Apply butter to each rectangle. Put some filling in the center of the rectangle. Use some butter and join the opposite corners to form a triangular shaped patty. 6. Preheat oven to 400 deg. F (200 deg. C) Arrange puffs in a baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes or till crisp and light brown. Serve with tomato ketchup. |
