Plain vari tandool  

Ingredients
 
1 cup vari tandool (also known as Samo in Indian grocery stores),
2 cups water,
salt to taste.
 
Method

1. Wash vari tandool in water. Drain all the water and keep aside.

2. Heat 2 cups of water in a pan. Let it boil. Now add washed vari tandool and salt to it. Cover and cook till all the water evaporates.

3. Smear ghee and serve hot with peanut aamati (Danyachi aamati).
